You are bidding on a Pioneer Stereo Graphic Equalizer, Model GR-555. I originally received this unit as a gift, and barely used it before departing for college and leaving it untouched in excellent condition for many years at my parents' house. The GR-555 allows for individually-tailored control of frequency equalization for your system, and also provides a nice light show with the independent channel spectrum analyzer feature. Vertical sliders on the front panel allow independent Left and Right channel adjustment of frequency ranges centered on the following frequencies: 60 Hz, 150 Hz, 400 Hz, 1 kHz, 2,4 kHz, 6 kHz and 15 kHz. The spectrum analyzer also provides independent Left and Right channel readout of those same frequencies. In addition to the 14 slider controls, there are also push-buttons for Power (Off/On), Equalizer (Off/On), and Tape Monitor (Off/On). On the rear panel there are standard stereo RCA connections for signal Input and Output, as well as Tape Monitor connections in and out. There is also an unswitched power outlet on the rear panel.
